Terms & Conditions
Updated 3 October 2026
1. Scope
These Terms & Conditions apply to Private Companionship offers, bookings and engagements provided by David Suivez.
Different conditions set out in an offer, booking confirmation or written agreement take precedence over these terms.
2. Provider
David Suivez Kernstrasse 32 8004 Zürich, Switzerland Email: suivez@gmail.com Website: companionship.presenceremains.com
3. Nature of the services
Private Companionship is personal, attentive time together through change, recovery and everyday life. It may include conversation, shared activities, movement and practical company.
Private Companionship is non-clinical and does not replace medical, psychotherapeutic, psychiatric or other healthcare treatment. Medical decisions and medication remain with the client and the healthcare professionals responsible for their care. Companionship is not an emergency or psychiatric service.
4. Booking and formation of a contract
A booking is concluded when it has been confirmed in writing, by email, through a booking tool or by another agreed means.
Before a Companionship engagement begins, its scope, working hours, availability, fees, privacy, practical boundaries and any communication with third parties are agreed. A residential engagement does not imply availability 24 hours a day.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are in Swiss francs unless expressly stated otherwise. Any other-currency amounts displayed on this website are approximate guidance only. The agreed fee and invoice remain in CHF unless another currency has been agreed in writing.
Payment follows the invoice, booking confirmation or individual agreement. If payment is not received on time, the reserved appointment or engagement may be offered to someone else.
Expenses, travel time, accommodation and additional services are itemised separately or agreed in advance.
Individual Companionship starts at CHF 220 for 90 minutes. Regular, residential and international engagements are arranged individually. For longer, residential or international engagements, 50% is generally due when dates are confirmed; the balance is due before the engagement begins.
Agreed travel time is charged. The client covers agreed travel, accommodation and engagement-related expenses, including meals, tickets and activities, unless agreed otherwise.
6. Rescheduling and cancellation by clients
Private Companionship appointments: cancellation more than 24 hours beforehand is free of charge. Cancellation within 24 hours is charged at 50%. A no-show or cancellation after the appointment has begun is charged at 100%.
For longer, residential and international Companionship engagements, cancellation terms are agreed when dates are reserved. Non-refundable travel expenses remain payable.
7. Cancellation or changes by the provider
David Suivez may postpone or cancel an engagement for significant reasons, including illness, force majeure, official restrictions or circumstances that prevent safe delivery.
Payments already made will be refunded or, at your request, credited towards an alternative date. Further claims are excluded to the extent permitted by law.
8. Personal responsibility and participation
Participation in shared activities, movement or bodywork is voluntary and at your own responsibility.
You decide at all times whether to participate in an exercise, touch, movement, reflection or interaction. Boundaries may be set, changed or withdrawn at any time.
David Suivez provides an attentive and clearly defined setting. No particular personal, physical or emotional outcome is guaranteed.
For Companionship arranged or paid for by another person, the person receiving Companionship remains the client and must agree to the engagement. Payment does not override their privacy or autonomy.
9. Bodywork and touch
Any bodywork or touch within a Companionship engagement is discussed and agreed beforehand.
Touch takes place only within the agreed scope and with ongoing consent. A session may be paused or ended at any time.
Bodywork is expressly non-sexual. Sexual acts, erotic services and violations of boundaries are excluded.
You agree to communicate relevant physical or psychological information before the session, including injuries, pain, surgery, pregnancy, conditions, medication or trauma-related concerns, insofar as they may be relevant to safe delivery.
10. Photography, video and documentation
Photography, video or audio recording during a Companionship engagement requires the prior, explicit consent of everyone involved.
Private conversations, images and recordings may not be shared or published without the express permission of the people concerned.
11. Liability
David Suivez is liable only for direct damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence. Further liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
No liability is accepted for personal belongings, clothing, valuables, travel to the venue, accommodation or third-party services.
Participation in physical activities, bodywork or movement is at your own responsibility.
12. Privacy and confidentiality
Personal data are treated confidentially and processed in accordance with the Privacy Notice and applicable data-protection law.
The person receiving Companionship is the client. Payment by a relative, partner or professional does not automatically give them access to private conversations. Before beginning, any communication with others is agreed: what may be shared, with whom and for what purpose.
Discretion is fundamental. Confidentiality remains subject to safety and legal limits; appropriate help may be contacted where there is an immediate serious risk to the client or another person.
13. Applicable law and jurisdiction
Swiss law applies.
To the extent permitted by law, the place of jurisdiction is Zürich, Switzerland.
