5. Contact and the enquiry form
If you contact me by email, form, social media, messenger, booking tool or telephone, the information you provide is processed to respond to your enquiry or prepare the requested service.
On this website, the private enquiry form prepares a message in your own email app. The website does not submit or store the enquiry on a server. Your email app and email provider may process the draft and the message according to their own terms. David receives the information when you send it.
The WhatsApp link opens an external service. WhatsApp and its provider process data under their own privacy terms when you use it. Search and currency controls work locally in your browser; search queries are not sent to a search provider.
6. Bookings and payments
External providers may be used for bookings, scheduling, payments or invoicing, including booking tools, payment providers, email services and accounting software. Only information needed for the relevant task is shared.
The method and any external service used for a particular booking or payment are communicated as part of that arrangement. This website does not collect payment-card details or take payments through an embedded checkout.

Visiting the website may involve processing technical data, including your IP address, date and time of access, browser type, operating system, pages visited, referring URL and similar request data. These data support secure operation and troubleshooting.
This Companionship website is hosted through OpenAI Sites using Cloudflare infrastructure. Hosting and service delivery may involve processing outside Switzerland, including in the EU, the United States or other countries.
Fonts, photographs and currency-rate data are served with the website. The currency selector does not make a separate request to the exchange-rate provider when you use it.
8. Cookies and analytics
This website’s application does not set optional analytics or advertising cookies and does not include Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or Squarespace Analytics. It does not save FAQ searches or currency choices in browser storage.
Hosting providers may process technical information needed for delivery and security. You can restrict or disable cookies in your browser; this may affect functions on other services reached through external links.
9. External content and links
This website links to WhatsApp, email and the exchange-rate source without embedding their content.
When you follow external links or access external content, data may be processed by the relevant provider under its own privacy terms.

Personal data may be processed in Switzerland, the European Economic Area or other countries.
Where data are transferred to countries without an adequate level of protection, the transfer takes place only on the basis of appropriate safeguards, contractual protections, statutory exceptions or your consent, as required by applicable law.

Personal data are retained only as long as needed for the relevant purposes, required by legal retention obligations or justified by a legitimate interest in retaining them.
Data needed for invoicing, accounting or legal evidence may be retained for longer.

Appropriate technical and organisational measures are taken to protect personal data against loss, misuse, unauthorised access, alteration and disclosure.
Despite careful measures, transmission over the internet may involve security risks. Complete security cannot be guaranteed.
